Selection Process

• First the registration of the candidate is done in which all his documents are checked along with the form.
• After this, training in Modern Labs is started with Trained Faculty in DTI according to the skill / interest of the candidate.
• During this training, the candidates passport is applied and necessary medical tests are also done.
• At the end of training, the skill test of the candidate is conducted by the Expert of Skilled Agency.
• After this, the trend test of the candidate is conducted on the basis of available jobs, which is mandatory to pass.
• After passing the trend test, the Appointment Letter of the country which is in need of main power is further sent to the Embassy of the concerned country as per the guidelines of the Ministry of External Affairs of India for the process of granting the candidate's visa.
• After arrival of visa, the candidate is sent with the security of complete insurance for the job in the respective company abroad by making Air Ticket.
